Amazing Ventnor’s Free Summer Concert Series: We’ll be at Amazing Ventnor’s Free Summer Concert Series! Bring your beach chairs down to the Newport Avenue Pavilion for some great music and to get to know the FoodBank. Members of our team will be there on July 2, July 9 and July 16 (6 – 8 pm) hosting 50/50s, recruiting volunteers, and talking about food insecurity and our South Jersey efforts to end hunger.
Bad Beat On Hunger Poker Tournament: Put a bad beat on hunger this summer at Cabot Creamery Cooperative’s popular charity poker tournament! Join in the fun and fundraising at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City on Saturday, July 15.
Stuff The Bus: It’s time to “Stuff The Bus” for kids in need! From Saturday, July 8, through Sunday, July 16, visit Boscov’s in Egg Harbor Township to donate back-to-school essentials. You can also support the campaign as a volunteer!
Feed A Family: Dine out with your family to feed a family in your community. By just adding $5 to your bill at participating South Jersey restaurants (30 and counting), you will support the Southern Branch’s efforts to end hunger in Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties. The fundraiser, in partnership with local restaurants, runs from Sunday, July 30, through Sunday, August 6.
Atlantic City Seafood Festival: Join us at the Atlantic City Boardwalk on Saturday, September 9, and Sunday, September 10, for the Seafood Festival. It’s a family-friendly event, which will once again support the Community FoodBank of New Jersey – Southern Branch with a portion of the proceeds and the Chowder Cook-Off!
5th Annual Chefs Tableside Dinner: Our annual Chefs Tableside Dinner is a culinary experience you won’t want to miss! On Thursday, October 26, there will be 16 acclaimed chefs each serving a unique five-course menu with wine-pairing.
