Celebrating the holidays when there are no resources to make them special is hard, but you can help thousands of families and individuals in New Jersey share in a traditional Thanksgiving meal.
Here’s how you can help:
Drop off a donation at one of our collection sites.
On Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, CFBNJ staff and volunteers will be at dozens of supermarkets, schools and other sites statewide collecting turkeys and other food to help our hungry neighbors this holiday season. Check out our Turkey Drive Site Locations to see when and where we’ll be in your area. For more information about the 15th annual Holiday Food & Turkey Drive, click here.
Last year, 41,000 pounds of food and nearly 3,500 turkeys were collected thanks to generous donors. Let’s collect more this year to distribute among 17 of the 21 counties in New Jersey!
Make an online donation now.
Through bulk purchasing and efficient network distribution, we can stretch $1.00 into more than $9.00 worth of food, making monetary donations the most effective way to help distribute food to the 1.1 million hungry New Jerseyans during the holidays and throughout the year.
Together let’s make sure that everyone in our communities has a reason to be grateful this holiday!
