We are proud to be consistently recognized by Charity Navigator with its highest rating for how much of your money goes directly to help people in need. Almost 96 cents of every dollar feeds hungry families.

Q: How do I volunteer time?
A:

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. Volunteers are a vital part of this organization and we are grateful for your commitment to community service.

We have many volunteer opportunities including, but not limited to:

  • Sorting and repacking food for distribution
  • Sorting and assembling outfits for individual children in our Kids Division
  • Preparing bulk mailings
  • Off-site events
