Administrative Assistant to President
We have a great opportunity for a high-level administrative assistant with at least five years executive administrative experience. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is proficient in Word Office Suite, and have excellent attention to detail and good organizational and communication skills. This position will involve working on detailed projects with the President and our senior management team; regular interface with our public and Board of Directors.

Database Assistant – Part-Time/Temp

We have a position available working Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to input data into our Fund Development database and provide administrative support. Experience with Raiser’s Edge database is required.

Driver
We have a Full Time and a Part-Time position available for a CDL Class A or B truck driver. CDL license and abstract required. MUST have at least two years experience Class A or B driving.

Non-CDL Driver – Thrift Shop

We are in need of a Part-Time non-CDL driver to help with pickups of donations and deliveries of purchased items. Saturday work is required. Candidates must be able to lift 75-100 pounds and have good people skills. Forklift experience a plus.
